(guitar strumming) And all the way from Denver, Colorado, give it up from my brother Marcello Sanchez on the drum.
(audience applauding) Well, my brother was playing the drums a long time, my older brother.
So growing up, we kind of would play music together.
He showed me how to play some chords on the guitar and then I convinced my dad to buy me guitar.
And I was learning some songs, trying to like learn Johnny Cash.
Started writing my own songs, like two, three chord songs and started just writing.
That's how I still today write music is I can't really sit down with a paper and write a song, I have to come up with a melody and then just start singing.

I don't know.
I mean, I hit a lot of genres for sure.
I mean I feel like I try to dip into the oldies where it's some '60s and then kind of, yeah, alternative, maybe some folk stuff, if I have more of a acoustic ballad, it's more of just a singer songwriter type thing.
