A profile on most the recent Nebraska's Hall of Fame inductee Alvin Saunders Johnson. Born in 1874 near Homer, Johnson's life is an epic tale of achievement. The son of Nebraska farmers was educated in a one room school and went on to earn a Ph.D. in economics. In 1923, Johnson became the first president of New York's legendary New School University.
